Acceptance of Terms

By using the My Progressive Enterprise website, you accept our terms and agree to our privacy policy. If you do not consent to these terms, please refrain from using our services or accessing our website. You commit not to use the site for any illegal activities or in a way that could damage, hinder, or impair the site’s performance or security. You also agree not to access restricted areas or compromise the website’s safety.

You accept full responsibility for any claims, costs, losses, or legal fees arising from violating these terms.

Revision Policy

We provide unlimited revisions based on the package selected. Clients may request changes without any additional charges, provided they stick to the selected concept. Additional changes to multiple options may incur extra fees. Standard revision delivery is 48–72 hours for logos and websites, 3–5 days for videos, and timelines for apps, games, or development tasks depend on the revision scope. Digital marketing revisions will vary based on strategy complexity and budget.

New Order Turnaround Time

Turnaround time refers to the delivery of your initial design concepts. Logo designs typically take 24–48 hours, and packages with 4+ concepts start at 48 hours post confirmation. Website designs take at least 48 hours for initial drafts, and development (for a basic site with 5–7 pages) takes 3–5 business days. Orders on Friday or Saturday will begin processing on Monday. Illustrated logo concepts require 48–72 hours for delivery.

Teamwork (Project Management)

Teamwork helps our team manage and track your project efficiently. Once onboard, clients will receive an invite to the Teamwork platform. Accepting the invite and setting a password gives access to communicate with your project manager and track progress. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if you're not satisfied with the initial concepts. No fees are deducted, and refunds are processed within 21 business days. A simple refund form must be completed. If your answers are unsatisfactory, we reserve the right to deny the request. Your input also helps us enhance service quality.

    Refunds are not granted under these conditions:
  • If you’ve requested revisions, it indicates your approval, and refunds won’t be available.
  • If mockups were created using your exact ideas, sketches, or designs, no refund is possible.
  • We communicate via the Account Area. Ignoring it doesn’t qualify you for a refund. Contact support if you need help using it.
  • We do not offer refunds to agencies or clients working on behalf of third parties.
  • As packages include multiple design options, asking for more forfeits your refund eligibility.
  • Marketing services like PPC, SEO, SMO, and content writing are prepaid and non-refundable.
  • Delivery times are approximate. Delays may occur due to holidays or project complexity.
  • Clients have 10 days to respond to design deliveries. Inactivity beyond this period finalizes the project, and no refund applies. We may also terminate services without notice, and refunds will be at our discretion.
  • Refunds won’t be issued for personal reasons unrelated to the service (e.g., changing your mind).
  • Refunds are invalid after 15 days of no communication.
  • Services like SEO, domain registration, and hosting are not refundable under any scenario.
    • Note: We retain the right to decline or cancel any project. Refunded designs become our exclusive property and may not be used by the client.

We’ll review your request and begin the refund process after completing our evaluation. After a refund is issued, you lose all rights to the designs, which will be registered under our copyright ownership.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or any other means we may specify. If we believe a refund will prevent disputes or chargebacks, we reserve the right to issue it at our discretion.

Content Policy

Our clients are responsible for providing content (text, images, product details) for website and resume design projects. For resumes, clients must supply their full personal and professional details. For e-commerce sites, we add 10–30 sample products, but the client must provide product-specific info like names and prices. Content management (CMS) and e-commerce platforms will be handled by our team. Placeholder text may be used in design mockups.

We archive all finalized files, so if anything is lost, we can provide the original design files.
